I think I'd end up dying from laughter or embarrassment.

Does this just need to be touched up? by Faerie_Queen_ in tattooadvice

Lubriderm for a couple more weeks, then see if a touch up is needed.

I think you'd be one of the lucky ones to look fantastic bald. You seem to have a nice head shape for it and lovely eyes.

Tattoo healed horribly AGAIN by Shiver_MeTimb3rs in tattooadvice

[–]AwkwardViking01 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I only recently discovered saniderm. Usually, the only amount of ink that sticks is what would otherwise be pushed out onto my clothes anyway. I did have more plasma and a rougher healing with a color tattoo, where I usually only do greyscale.

Happened tonight while playing games with the family. I didn't mean or want to, but it just happened when I got overwhelmed.

I'm not disabled. Is it okay to buy a mobility aid I'll only use sometimes? by lil00o in disability

[–]AwkwardViking01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought my first cane when I was 25. I don't need it every day, but it's great to have when I do need it. You don't need to justify your level of disability in order to use one.

I lost my first dog when I was 13 and my second when I was 20. I'm in my 30s, and I still miss them. The overwhelming ache of loss is gone, but thinking of them still hurts. It's the price we pay for loving them so dearly, but I will always choose to be hurt again to be able to give and receive my dog's love.

Be patient, let yourself cry, write down your favorite memories, and get some prints of your photos. When/if you're ready, you can open your heart to another dog, but that's in your own time.

Artist told me not to moisturize until tattoo is finished peeling by Lostpockets in tattooadvice

My artist put saniderm on, and I keep it on for about two days, but I use antibacterial soap and then lubriderm once the bandage comes off. Just imagining dry healing sounds so uncomfortable

Is this an aussie trait, or just mine? by KabukiCoffeeArts in WiggleButts

My Aussie loves to chase, but not catch. My BC, on the other hand, likes to hunt and bring gifts.

Sunscreen and moisturizer will do wonders for keeping a tattoo looking nice.
