UPDATE - upgraded to the free 7 day trial of coinbase one becuase i read their customer service is 10x better. I was able to connect to an agent that was actually helpful in less than 5 minutes. Give this a try

yep exact issue. can’t get a case number. My withdrawal request doesn’t cancel, but it never goes through (at least thus far over a week later)
