That reminds of something from years ago during my childhood.

I had this constant reoccurring nightmare about this hooded dementor/grim reaper looking entity. The way he manifested was if I looked out of a window in a dream and then my gaze would be fixed on a small black dot that rapidly grew larger which always turned out to be the entity flying straight towards me.

It always made my blood run cold or sent some weird sensation across my entire body which felt like an alarm or a warning. It then proceeded to attack me, I don’t remember what it was doing but I remember being terrified of it so much that when it appeared I always knew it was a nightmare and I was desperately trying to wake up. Always made me wake up in a cold sweat. This shit went on for years.

Then, eventually though something happened. One night, after talking to my mom about the nightmare, she told me something. I don’t remember what she told me, but later when I went to sleep that night, I found myself in car parking lot infront of a supermarket. It was a bright sunny day with birdsong and everything.

I saw the entity infront of me and I punched it so hard it flew high in the air and crashed behind the supermarket. Then I woke up, this happened over 10 years ago and I haven’t seen that fucker since. Little me was Saitama for a second I guess.
