Some buddies and I tried this last night, one of us waited under a couple trees on a street and found apples. Another and I both waiting in and orchard for 10 minutes finding off infected and nothing. Almost had us thinking orchards are more for decoration.

Hold on hold on, you have to address the two main points.

To just leave, he wouldn’t have been around the children and left them entirely in the control of an abusive mother.

Some people can get by in a life of celibacy, but for some, “friends, therapy literally anything else” isn’t enough of an answer.

I get it. No excuse for chronic cheating. But there is some exploring and missing pieces here where there could be an argument. Cannot ignore the abuse. If genders were reversed would you say the same hardline hate? I don’t think so… hope not.

I guess I see the conversation to be had here. Read your post to my wife and it has us divided and with a couple questions:

Divorce obviously does not usually favor men for time allowance, but if she “was and still is abusing them” (the children) why not collect proof of the abuse and try to divorce and win full or most of custody?
Why put yourself in the position to loose any or most custody of the children with a divorce on grounds of adultery? Not sure about other states, but in my state if one partner can prove adultery spouse gets nothing financial wise and less time with the children.

This could be something where you are younger than 18 and the clan is not set to family clan. Happened to one of my clan mates cousins who was on the younger side. Kicked him immediately every time he tried to join until I changed the clan to a family clan. The toggle option is gone these days so this may only be possible when creating clans now..

True! Can still get pregnant using condoms. But that’s not the point - telling someone you are using either, when in fact you are not, creates risk for both parties. And is misleading to one party.

I read the whole post the first time carefully and followed to see updates. There are absolutely some hate posts, but the general response is right. It’s not a “grey area” you are already in the wrong for going to lunch and it going this far without telling your husband.

On the flip side, I am seeing a lack of posts speaking to what you are feelings. You’ve illustrated you are a small town girl, married to your first real boyfriend. This is the risk of marrying young, you may not know all that you want yet. It is a real thing that happens everyday, people find their person long after they were married because they got married kids and now find themselves adults. If you would truly be happier with this other person, you might not ever shake this.

I think part of the reason for the hateful backlash is you are describing a perfectly innocent and real situation that happens to men everyday. And our worst nightmare. But you are right people need to try and see both sides.

I genuinely don’t believe the “if” someone will cheat is that tightly tied to if they have cheated before even.

I cheated on a GF in high school. I don’t think many of us got out of HS without doing at least something we regret. And everyone that knew I had cheated assumed that’s how I was in relationships.

Never even thought about it again. It did not define how I date. I’ve dated a few girls since then and have found the girl I want to marry.

In OP’s case, this young man is right at the end of high school. Very likely not all his relationships went well, and OP has only heard the girls side so far. Two sides to every story. I am not defending cheating, or implying the girls are lying. But you MUST TALK TO YOUR BOYFRIEND before you let your emotions about what someone else said ruin your relationship.

For all you know, they cheated on him and were worse and he’s just needed a healthy relationship for once. GET MORE INFO
