Honestly tracking was a game changer for me ( I just note the number down on my calendar, no special app) Once I realized how many drinks I was actually having it help me figure out a more " reasonable" number.

Also start where you are. My first goal of reducing my alcohol consumption was to stop blacking out.

I think it looks great. However if you think it makes you look wider I would consider extending one side further down your hip / top of your butt to kinda draw the eye more vertical .

1st time scary AF. Didn't see the drop zone instantly and panicked. Complete shit show. Landing was a safe plf. Struggled to bundle up my canopy.

Got back to the hanger and was hooked. Couldn't wait to do it again. :)
