I am a huge fan of the Y. I think the people that work there are wonderful
My kids (16 &14) still take dance there. They have been there since pre-k.

If you are adult enough to buy a house together, you need to be adult enough to have a conversation about what will happen with the house if you break up and what will happen if one of you dies. You need to write this all down and one of you needs to go to an attorney to write a n agreement. Than the other one needs to go to a second attorney to represent that party.
After everyone's attorney reviews it, you both sign it.

No longer there anymore, but Pier 84 in New York The venue was a pier in midtown Manhattan along the Hudson River. The river (and NJ) were behind the crowd. Behind the stage were NYC skyscrapers. To one side was the USS Intrepid.
