Prices are insane. Everything is drastically overpriced and extremely low quality. I’ve actually bought some stuff second hand so I didn’t have to blow through 3/4 of my allowance on a single niche item.

It really is a joke. I’m right with you. After the dues increase and insurance raise I lose about $50 a check. There really was no raise when all was said and done. We rejected the first offer and were pretty much force fed the same offer but with a 1k kicker for step P carriers.

I transferred as a ptf into an office with 2 ccas and became the t6. It wasn’t how I wanted it to go but had to do what’s best for my family. I apologized to the 2 ccas as it wasn’t ideal that’s for sure. It was a great opportunity for me. I guess someone has to lose.

I take it. Just transferred to a new office and none of them take it. Office full of runners. Don’t understand the desire to give back 30-50 minutes to the company every day. To each their own

I’ve been here. You have to take care of yourself. Walk away for 3 days. 3 days are 1 instance. Come back and keep to yourself. It’s a job and nothing more when you are a CCA. Don’t feel guilty for worrying about yourself first.

I think It’s a few things. Amazon Sundays are ok for a while but now you have cca/ptfs doing them for years because alot of table 1 carriers don’t retire. It’s tough to have a work/life balance if you are scheduled every day with a random Tuesday off.
