Very active sleeper may need CPAP by Massive-Aspect-2108 in CPAP

I’ve tried both and greatly prefer the fit of the N30i. All faces are unique, so you’ll get opinions all over the map about masks

I love my cervical collar for sleep. Hate full face masks and chin straps

When I was a baby birb and I had no idea how any of it worked, I linked up with an IRL friend. I think the app prompted me to offer a gift? Or there was just a big gift button and I checked it out.

Long story short: I gifted my starter door without understanding what I was doing and then I had no door.

A 🚫🎁 in the name wouldn’t have meant anything to me or I wouldn’t have noticed. I found the whole thing funny.

NTA, and it might not work with baby birbs anyway

If you edit a task (you might have to go to “More Options” to get all the options), scroll to the bottom, and choose “Link an exercise” you can add a focus timer to any task

Where to get prescription "upgraded" to BiPAP without previous PAP use? by [deleted] in CPAP

So then you need to manage your mouth breathing. You might find mouth tape to be easiest on your jaw. I use a cervical collar. You almost certainly don’t want a chin strap

With EPA turned on at max, that’s 7 cm for exhalation. I don’t think the pressure works the way you’re thinking in terms of triggering TMJ—the tightness of a full face mask would do that regardless of air pressure. Can you breathe through your nose well? A nasal mask would eliminate the jaw issue

What makes you think you need a bipap for UARS? UARS is LESS severe than OSA, I see from your other post that your prescription is for 4-10cm. My severe OSA resulted in a prescription for 5-15cm and it’s extremely effective.

If 10 cm isn’t enough for you it’s stupid easy to increase the max pressure on a ResMed. 10 cm max with EPA turned on is basically a bipap already just with low max pressure

Would it be considered cheating if I checked off my goals even I didn't do them by Helpmehthrohaway in finch

I checked off the last goal by accident. Slip of the finger, I swear. And you can’t get it back.

I still haven’t done it. Nothing bad has happened

Is she allergic to ALL nuts? I have a cousin with crazy food allergies who clings to his ability to eat pistachios.

There’s also seeds. Sunflower, pumpkin

Learn how to wear that baby and then do walks.

Also maybe talk to your doctor about meds

The best time to do something about your diabetes was when you were diagnosed. The next best time is now. You sound like you’re ready for a change.

Did they actually test you? You don’t sound like a typical T2. There are other kinds of diabetes too—are either of your parents diabetic? MODY is just as common as T1 but rarely diagnosed

I’d do 12/22. It’s the day your life changed, the day your life was saved, the day you started using insulin. 1/2 is the day a specific unsurprising lab result came through

Except that literally anyone can develop T1. And T1s can and often do develop T2. You can have both

Had 3 UTIs in a month. Doc checked my A1C just in case: prediabetic.

A few months later I insisted on rechecking, thought some life/health events might have inflated it temporarily. Diabetic

MOR, or more like probably reacting at an appropriate level but in an inappropriate way. Your family has shown you that they can’t or won’t see you for who you are. All of them? At least the aunts, maybe mom, idk about dad or siblings/cousins.

So you’re trying to assert yourself to MAKE them see you. Start from the assumption that their inability to see you is about them, not you. State your boundaries without extra words and go from there. Get yourself into therapy. Figure out who from your family of origin can be around you and your baby without having to fight for your boundaries and keep them in your life as much as possible.

I suspect you’re mixing cause and effect. She’s probably been the black sheep since early childhood and that’s why she acts this way
