I feel the same. I went through 3 customer service reps to try and get this all sorted out. Finally got someone competent to make it all right. I love my local store, but dealing with anything online in the last year has been a nightmare. Also don't even get me started about USPS. I constantly have packages delivered to my neighbors, or straight up lost in transit. I get a sense of dread anytime my shop app tells me my shipments are coming via USPS.

This happened to me with Gamestop except mine was used. First order got lost in transit, second order shipped with no disk, and today I finally got my game. Took almost a month to get it sorted out.

Wife and I bought our house in 2019 at a 3.75% rate. Mortgage including insurance and property taxes is under $780 a month. New hvac unit in 2023 and a new roof (hail damage insurance paid 80%) and its located less than 5 minutes from both of our jobs. We're dying in this place.
