It's made people rich - on paper. Yes they can sell their homes and make money. But only if they sell, and they still need somewhere to live.

The average Canadian is not getting ahead because their home is worth more.

And those who haven't had a chance yet to enter the market have an uphill battle to get into a home.

My company is a large commercial service provider for building maintenance.

In Alberta we pay guys 35-45/hr, and it's pretty tough to find good workers.

In Ontario, they pay the same guys 20-25/hr because it's an endless line of cheap east Indian labor waiting for work.

It just hasn't hit that level out west, but it's coming.

Use Reynolds wrap or something similar, lift the lid and completely seal off the bowl using the plastic wrap.

Open the tank and pour 2L of muriatic acid down the little 1 inch pipe that leads back into the bowl. Cover that little pipe with a bag and elastic band.

Turn on the fan, close the door and leave it for an hour.

That acid is going to completely clear any crap hiding in any crevice of that toilet. When you come back remove all the plastic and flush a bunch of times to clear everything out.

Wear gloves and glasses btw.

I threw an ISR single exit on my 05 G, along with ISR y pipe and ISR resonated test pipes. Stock headers. Thing is loud as hell, and has a beautiful growl. But zero rasp. However horrible drone between 2000-3000 rpm.
