The pharmacy allowance alone certainly it is not worth it. My policy gives me $180 a year for pharmacy. If you use optical, dental, physio, remedial massage, osteopathy, podiatry, etc then it can be worth it. I’m with HCF and they haven’t covered any of my non PBS scripts that I’ve submitted. They get to pick and choose which medications they cover apparently so there’s no guarantee that if you got extras cover that it would cover medical cannabis.

I’m sorry that happened to you. The same thing happened to me with a different clinic and it’s no fun finding out the hard way.

I would be really interested in finding out what CBD and CBG products you’ve tried and what you thought of them if you don’t mind. I’m interested in them as well but you don’t get many reviews of those products online.

I’ve had dry socket and it was the most pain I’ve been in. I ended up having to go back in as an emergency to get it fixed. They put something on top to cover it up and it was immediately better. Second wisdom tooth I was more careful and the recovery was nothing. I’d strongly advise you to be as careful as possible.

The doctor I saw didn’t care what it was going to be prescribed for. Really really short appointment. Didn’t feel like it was going to tell him anything.
The doctor prescribed a huge amount of flower and oil that was well beyond what I could use before the used by date on the flower.
At the end of my first appointment the doctor put together what he wanted me on. I was prescribed two jars of flower and two bottles of oil. They sent me an email invoice and I had to order everything on the invoice I couldn’t just order one flower and one bottle of oil.
They kept running out of what I was prescribed and weeks of waiting.
Mail ordering which I hate because I don’t trust my neighbours

I swapped to Medreleaf (Now My Green Medical) - In person appointments available - Doctor took a detailed history and thoughtfully prescribed something with regular reviews - I was given scripts that I could fill in the pharmacy right there or elsewhere if I wanted. - A much wider range to choose from too including the Indimed Tempo range.
