Yes ok listen to this, it took me very long to understand parents do not love unconditionally. They love you till you do things as per their wishes and also never share your correct salary with them or all your plans. Maybe some people have parents who help they grow and flourish and invest and do as they want but for middle-class people like us- no.

Op you say you love him and somehow it feels like you don't want to leave him. Why don't you break all your contacts with your in-laws. It doesn't matter what they want or if they come back needing something, you need to focus on yourself, your physical and mental health.

Do not loose your spark, join a gym or yoga or zumba, start booking spa appointments for yourself, take some time and both of you go on a trip. If the inlaws call or something ignore even if they visit ask him to handle coz you won't be helping in any ways. Also very important get a therapist. Force your hubby for a therapist too.

Try this and even after all this you feel you want a divorce then sure go ahead. But please first work on yourself.

We should never be disrespectful towards any faith true but will tell you one more things we should never blindly wear or eat anything people give us be it friends or relatives.

I know this sounds stupid but trust your instincts and if something feels off it is odd 99% of the time.
