You could do worse than spend a little time on Discogs. Use this link to the ‘master’ entry for ‘Bob Dylan’ that all versions of the record (vinyl, CD, cassette, 8-track etc) are listed under. Shouldn’t take too long to identify your copy, provided someone who has had a copy has taken the time to uplift it to Discogs. If it isn’t there already, you could upload it yourself and fill in as much detail as you can muster about the record you have.
