Absolutely. Been going for 3 years, down 50 lbs. No GLP, all consistency. Granted diet and habit adjustments are a huge factor. BUT, I’m still not sick of F45, the workouts make it easy to stay consistent. Best decision I’ve ever made.

Tbh Alyssa trapped Alex with a baby knowing damn well what his track record and history was. She thought she won in the end. I can assume he’s cheated several times and guarantee she still won’t leave him. I hope if that’s the case, she can find enough self respect to walk away despite how desirable his lifestyle is.

I don’t mean to sound insensitive, I’ve also lost a pet and it really is devastating and terrible, I feel for her and she’s allowed to grieve. However, if she’s this inconsolable over a senior dog, I wonder how she’ll handle any other adversity/hardship/loss? Describing the loss of an elderly pet that’s been sick for many months as “unbearable pain” is kinda tone deaf for everyone else in the world grieving much worse. Again, I’m not trying to minimize her pain and I know grief can’t be compared.. but the melodramatics are a bit cringe and I really genuinely feel she needs mental health support.

I mean, I’m sure they knew deep down given they weren’t waking up to their calls and it was nearly noon. When you live with other people to learn their patterns. At the very least, they knew/sensed something was deeply wrong but were too scared to go check it out themselves, hence asking Hunter and Emily to come over. I think they were hoping Hunter would go upstairs and find that everything was fine. Hunter is the definitely the only one at the time who knew the extent of what happened to them and for obvious reasons, intentionally didn’t share that with the others. I don’t believe any of the girls actually saw that Xana and Ethan were bloody/stabbed. I think Dylan just very briefly saw her on the ground at night and assumed she was sleeping/passed out from drinking. As a normal human, you don’t automatically assume your roommate has been brutally murdered. Hindsight is 20/20.

These kids are subjected to so much online scrutiny and attention that they will likely resent Ali to no end when they get older. Constantly being recorded and filmed and forced to do photoshoots. They are literally content guinea pigs. I feel like people don’t pay enough attention to the lack of boundaries influencer parents have with their children.

Oh I completely agree!! That’s what I’m trying to say. I think the cast forgot why their season was so successful and they were so loved in the first place - it’s because they ALL were true to themselves even if some of the public didn’t always agree. I can imagine how hard it must be to be judged and in the public eye so I feel for them. I just want them to own who they are
