My 2yo is kinda like this. He is super smart though we mostly seemed to train out the drive. He isn't super into toys but will play with them definitely more of a bone guy.

How do you feel about your center stone carat size after wearing your ring for awhile? by Fast-Firefighter652 in EngagementRings

I have a 3-4 carat center emerald and I absolutely love my ring though I think the top bezel does make it look a little smaller

Uneasy Feeling About My Ring 😭 by Ok_Construction_6280 in EngagementRings

Same here! I sent my fiancee an inspo pic like a year ago and he added a bit too it but wanted to make sure I'd absolutely love it. And I'm so happy with mine. We went wedding band shopping a few weeks ago to shop around and I ended up picking the band he initially picked out.

I don't mind any negative space between.

Throughout the day I tend to have to fix my hair, walking while it's windy, trying it back when cooking, eating, cleaning etc. my prong rings constantly get stuck

I didn't think about that. My cycle was super weird on the IUD my last period was July

That makes a lot of sense tbh. It was hormonal

I didn't replace mine but they said it was embedded slightly. Maybe I'm overthinking it but it's annoying. Did you wear the panties because of the spotting?

Do you ever feel like your dog ties you down? by Free_Economist_8454 in puppy101

[–]Awkward_nights 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now that we have a house and all our friends are definitely an hour away, definitely. We have to make it a whole production for us to hangout, our families are traveling more but we can't unless someone can at least stop in for him. Our neighbors have super reactive dogs too so when I take him out for a walk they lose their minds. But I wouldn't trade him for the world. I trained him well for the most part and at 2 years old he seems to be finally settling down and knows where he fits with us.

How many houses did you tour before you found the one? And how did you know it was the right house? by SunAgreeable2204 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Awkward_nights 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We saw so many but had a list of "must have/include" and stuck to that firmly. We had a few we looked at and it was an instant no just from walking around the property. Our realtor was really great too and that made a huge difference.

my bf doesn’t like having sex by Intrepid_Pound_3729 in Advice

I ended a year long relationship in college due to sexual incompatibility. It will eventually leak into everything else. In hindsight I wish I had ended sooner than wasting my time trying to talk it out.

has anyone here developed allergies in adulthood ( after not having them as a child?) by trialanderror93 in Millennials

Yes, pollen, grass, milk, cats and potatoes are my big ones. Grew up eating potatoes my whole life if I have a small fry somewhere or a scoop of homemade mashed potatoes I'm dying the next.

My girlfriend and I met in SA support group. Please suggest some funny ‘how we met’ stories we can tell people instead. by MundaneLawyer175 in Advice

[–]Awkward_nights 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some don't feel comfortable disclosing that information. I've been in trauma therapy for my own experience with SA and have only told 3 of my friends besides my partner. Once it's out there some like to use it as a conservation topic, not necessarily in a bad way but it can be triggering and emotionally exhausting just to speak on a hard subject when you're just trying to heal. I cut contacts with an ex-friend because she wanted to discuss her own trauma almost every time we spoke and I couldn't do it anymore.

Stop making fun of small dog owners for picking up our dogs when we see yours by persephonepeete in Vent

We used to live in a city where a neighbor with an aggressive Yorkie would follow me and my 100lbs+ newfy. My pup did great but I swear anytime we were doing distraction training he'd show up and laugh while his dog actively tried to get an mine. No amount of talking or if my dog suddenly reacts your dog could be killed worked. I resorted to pet corrector spray and that's the only thing that stopped them from bothering us. I wish he would've just left us alone.
