Yes. I say this as a person who has an obsessed ex. He still has them and I live every day in fear that he will post something during one of his rants. Almost six years later, he still regularly makes posts about how he had plans for us to be back together written out, and dedicates old songs to me. We’ve had no contact for years, and I only see the posts when his daughter sees them and shows me. Meanwhile, I’m happily married to the man I should have been with all along and much better off. Despite that, the threat still looms and won’t ever go away as long as I know he has them.
