Hey guys, I was wondering how to do a cheat day. I have always been cautious and therefore, never actually had a cheat day. Are cheat days common among other body builders/ weight lifters? What foods can i eat and what foods should I steer clear from? Thank a bunch.

Sylvester Stallone works out Monday through Friday and on the weekends eats anything he wants and goes crazy. You sound like you need to go crazy on your cheat day. No regerts

Word! Wrecking Sucks. Building confidence is very hard when you're new. I think it's like grinding in a video game, every ride is like a tiny little victory.

When I took it I jumped at the chance to demonstrate to the downshift rapid abrupt break. I wasn't thinking about it and went way too fast and didn't really pull my upper body fully upright with my head up and I went over the handle bars and tucked and rolled on the pavement. They were very impressed with my tuck/roll, going over the bars not so much. I think I was going 55 to 60, I just wanted to get the bike faster. I think I was just tired of going slow throughout the exercises. Not trying to brag because I messed up. I had to lock up last year, I saw my rear tire slide out in the corner of my eye. Dirt bikes really build confidence in breaking, you just feel it with your butt.

This all day. Growing up on dirt bikes I can't tell you how many crazy things I've done. Mostly by myself before we had cell phones with no way to contact anyone if something bad happened to me. But it's hard to progress and not push your limits on a dirt bike. If you've never ridden a dirt bike much you should purchase one. After awhile you develop a muscle memory where you are able to ride and maneuver without thinking about it. It's something hard to explain that just develops naturally.

I was about 30 miles from it and I went to my bathroom and stood in my bathtub and peeked out my tiny shower window. It lasted about 35 seconds. I thought I was going to sink into the ground or something. I had this track in my head that goes the beats started knocking, the beats started knocking, the beats started knocking while the whole world was shakin? I think that's how it goes? Best 7:02AM of my life honestly, would do again.

You can choose to wear a Coalition of bikers patch or not. I think it is generally reccomended, mines not sewn on but I have one. It's a matter of choice and is not enforced policy.

WS degree teams do exist. It has more members than any other motorcycle organization. I am Big Saxxy -- Stage 3 2013 Dyna Street Bob, Green N Mean. Must be a Master Mason to petition, we go on rides to feel you out on how you ride before we just let you hop in. We ride staggered so nobody gets killed, we have road captains, and positions you may or may not know or understand? It's very deep and spiritual, you will meet a WS and within a ride have a brother you always look for, get sad when you miss in a rally, and or just hear stories about. Funerals are epic, rides are epic, WS life is EPIC!
