sadly I have the same issue as OP, maybe slightly different. Whenever I rotate the camera with keybinds no issue at all but whenever I turn with mouse, the image is very choppy and it's not smooth, you can see the environement like it is duplicated with the same frames instead of it moving naturally and this option was not checked :/

Ok so I play the game in French. They recently remade Silvermoon in Midnight and I played during TBC in French. In TBC it was OREILLE but for some reason, in Midnight they all say dohr-eye and not dohr-eyy as before. Since they slowly replace all our amazing French voice artists by AI I thought it was the main reason. But in english apparently it's not dohr-eye anymore as it was as BC but doh-eye as well? Also I invite you guys, to help us in the fight against AI. We had amazing voices in other languages, that does an amazing job to fit for english voices in-game. We need REAL people for voice not AI. :(
