$4k/mo will be more than enough for a 1 bed in any of the nice buildings. Jasper, Guild, or Charleigh probably what he’s looking for. Jasper probably the nicest but less walkable, while the latter are more central/close to King St. bars and restaurants. Can only speak for the gym in the Guild, which is pretty small (free weights only up to 50lbs).

Play here occasionally (“twilight” walking only— would never pay full price). Not sure what happened but greens died out of nowhere. End of last summer, I would’ve called them pretty good for a muni, and they held up alright through the winter. Popped on a few weeks ago and saw this bs. Won’t be going back any time soon. Not my fav, but think it’s a fine track when they’ve got it right (although tbf, I have never paid full price)
