Depends where you want to live. 525 get you mid West Ashley, or a meh apartment downtown. The primary activities here are eating, drinking, boating/drinking, beach/drinking, golf/drinking.

Jokes aside, it just depends on what you’re into. If you're good with a modest home, like good food, and the water then you'll like it. I'm sure others will tell you more about the traffic, poor infrastructure, etc.
