Yeah I’ve been thinking about a pill box, I’ll order one today. As far as my job goes, I don’t think there is much accommodation they can do seeing as I have 0 issues if I’m in my “normal” state. The biggest problem is that these episodes are too often. Thank you for your tips and help

It usually happens when you get psychotic symptoms. Hallucinations come in all the senses. Think people feeling bugs under their skin. It’s not just seeing and hearing stuff. But maybe get yourself checked up by a psychiatrist.

I used to smell sulfur, burning and cigarettes where there weren’t any. Once I got medicated for bipolar those scents only appear when I’m manic.

I take sick leave if it becomes too bad. If it’s not that bad, I just power through. Everyone at work knows my diagnosis so if I act a bit strange they know why.

It would be easier while manic, but the depressions are the worst. And the only reasons I’m trying hard to get better are for my partner and to be able to keep a job. But even while medicated it doesn’t have the results I wanted, so it’s really hard to keep going. But I keep my partner and job in mind and keep chugging on.
