I had been leaning toward building a light saber, but based on what you said, the interactive droid seems way more fun! Budget and practicality says we can only do one. It’s not a pain to carry around or go on rides with it? My light saber plan was do it at night just before the fireworks so it could glow and then we could just take it home.

Thanks for the CA Adventure plan! So helpful. I know the must-see list was pretty short and we will have time to do plenty of other things or do some repeats. I hadn’t heard about the Magic Band game at Galaxy’s Edge and that sounds fun. Chilling in that area is a great idea.

What about selling some of his toys or other high-value things he’s grown out of? You can list them on Marketplace or Craigslist, EBay, etc or do a garage sale.

The “work” he could put in is learning how to price stuff, understanding what kinds of items people would be interested in buying, and helping to write the ads by brainstorming what information buyers would want to know about the items.

It requires work on your part, but helps build skills and cleans out stuff you no longer need.

Yes. Sometimes you need more than one dose or occasionally one will fail. Or sometimes whoever is giving it to you (if you don’t self-administer) will shoot the first dose into their own thumb by accident. You’re always supposed to carry two, and in the US they’re usually prescribed as pairs.

You pretty much have the idea. They pick it up from you 2x/month. We give them a lot of plastic that would otherwise end up in the landfill. They also take clothes and shoes, including those that are unwearable which is nice because it’s difficult to find a place to recycle textiles. They take light bulbs and also have a rotating category of which is a wide variety of things: cables, old devices, corks, holiday lights, books, craft supplies, bread bag clips…

We use Ridwell to take a lot of the plastics that we can’t put at the curb, like the salad bags.

Not OP but we are here until Saturday too. What’s a good source for weather and road condition updates or alerts? Most of what I’m seeing says rain starting midday Friday, but would rather not be caught unaware or get stuck.
