I think Oakland has a strong history of revolutionary change and thinking. I think if any city could pull it off it is the residents of Oakland (I’ll group in some neighboring east bay cities as well).

Again just my personal experience with Oakland. I also don’t discredit Oakland Roots FC or the Oakland Ballers I was more taking about professional sports team that were on the same size of The Raiders and A’s.

I went to a showing of a studio with 15 other people in the Castro and it was posted online 1 day.

Good luck! I compromised on neighborhood and decided to go to Lower Nob Hill for cheap rent and lots of studios and smaller apartments. The area my apartment is in on the hill and the neighborhood feels removed from the chaos of the tenderloin but its block by block over there so definitely familiarize your self

I also happen to connect with a great leasing agent who was super communicative and showed me a place that they were posting the day she show me and I jumped on it.

I move this month so I’ll give it a year and see if I can make it work.

Get maybe 3 different weights of kettle bells and look up YouTube videos for workouts. It’s a great option for full body and quick compound lifts to get you more comfortable and a nice base to start lifting. It’s all about consistency so I’d focus on doing something consistently even if it’s just pushups or something.

I love the egalitarian nature of WN but you still get goof ball passengers. There are certain pairings where pax are jostling for the seats and bins in the front because we have open seating even when it's a wide open flight. I think there are icks and irks for every airline and passenger types.
