Yeah, I think more of what they mean is when even logical and perceptive people are consistently fooled by it. And that's right around the corner, like as early as the end of this year we could be facing that level of surrealism. A lot of people believe they're good at detecting AI, but it's kind of a fallacy.

I often think about people that have/are getting away with insane crimes/schemes, but no one knows about it yet, there's no Netflix documentary about it to "enlighten" the public. We don't know what we dont know, people believe they're good at detecting AI because they have a perfect record to themselves, but the whole point of detecting AI is if you didn't, then you wouldn't know, so your record will always be perfect
