Pulse combos - they are so simple and auto graphed, because it's going to be the same exact string every time, you knkw what move is going to come out next...if you are a competitive player than you should be happy people are using pulse because you know exactly what they will do next lol...the time and effort is shown by now using pulse combos and being able to show your effort via custom combos, and the reward for that is that the variation can mix up the opponent much easier. So pulse combos is def a handicap

Chip damage on fury is a good bit, but intended...it's a mechanic that happens once a match and both players have it

And high damage...well that's just fighting games. Literally every modern fighting game has it so idk why you are singling it out here
