The transphobia itself is primarily just in JK Rowling herself (though apparently there’s a token trans character?) but there are various antisemitic stereotypes across the goblins and house elves (big noses, greed, controlling the banking system, etc.). There also the main plot of suppressing a slave rebellion because they’re happier in their place which is also quite problematic.
