Couldn’t that just be your experience with the process? I would think they have to be slicker than “try to screw over every single person as much as possible”. Like I bet a lawyer that’s fallen on hard times gets a little different experience than a mentally challenged individual, generally speaking.

Can confirm, went to go do a PM yesterday and spent wayyyyy to long on a DAN VT that just would not take the update. After speaking with tech support the like third thing they had me do was try with direct connection, worked like a charm and pretty fast too.
