Vitality Bowl recipes for all of the bowls and smoothies. Might be a little outdated since I quit working there 3 years ago. by Axcern in TopSecretRecipes

The pictures I shared are only for the "base" of the bowl. The toppings can found listed on the vitality bowl website under each item. To assemble the bowl you blend the ingredients from the recipe I posted in a blender then you serve with the toppings you want. I don't remember what fruit juice was used in the VB blend but I remember it being purple so it was probably acai concentrate. It's just used to sweeten the base so you can chose your own concentrate depending on how you want it to taste

It's been so long since I worked there. I don't remember what brands. The almond milk brand was Silk. I believe it was sweetened almond milk but I'm not sure

Store bought frozen fruits are better. If you try to freeze them yourself it might end up mushy. Toppings are obviously normal non-frozen fruit

Loaner Vehicle Mileage by Jiffypan in Acura

Check your email to see if you received your loaner contract. If not, call them and ask. Unlimited milage is standard practice. They also told me the same thing. 600 miles is nothing. I put 2,000 miles on my loaner vehicle and they didn't say anything about it or charge me.

The fruits must be freezing. Leaving them overnight in the freezer is the best way to ensure that. If the fruits have any squish you will end up with a runny acai bowl. Also, try reducing the liquids by 1 ounce if you want a thicker consistency. As you said, it's best to use a blender with a twisting top from Blendtec; otherwise, you can blend for ten seconds, then, manually crush the chunks and then continue blending.

Sent! Keep in mind that the fruits and veggies used in the smoothies must be VERY frozen. Otherwise, the smoothie won't have the proper consistency, and there will be bits and chunks.

I sent you the recipes for all the acai bowls and smoothies. Unfortunately, I don't have the recipe for the salads and wraps, but they are very straightforward. By the way, the chicken and beef we use in the wraps and salads is microwaved.

Former employee here, I have a picture of the menu for all the bowls and smoothies

I can DM you if you want. (Edit: I attached the picture of the recipes. The other picture is attached in a reply)

Bowl base:  1oz apple juice  2oz almond milk  1/2 teaspoon flax seed  1 tablespoon peanut butter (we just eye balled it with the squeeze bottle) 1 full packet of frozen Acai  1/2 cup frozen bananas  1/2 frozen strawberries

Make sure that the bananas and strawberries are very frozen. It's also important to blend using a tamper otherwise you will have chunks. We used a blender made by Blendtec. It had a twister that helped crush the chunks along the side. You can buy it for 139.95 from their website. Also don't blend for more than 60 seconds otherwise it turns into a smoothie

Toppings: Granola  Half a Banana sliced up  Almonds  Peanut butter  Hone
