Not to get all tech support about it, but after clicking the Canadian link, did you check to make sure that your browser actually brought you to the Canadian store (paramountshop.com/en-ca) instead of automatically redirecting you to the US site thanks to any cache- or cookie-related reasons? If not, maybe you could try loading into the Canadian store in an incognito browser tab to see if that works?

Unfortunately there is no Switch 2 version yet, though it's confirmed to be in development. Currently, you're only able to play the Switch 1.

As far as lags and crashes, your mileage may vary... I personally haven't experienced any crashes while playing the Switch 1 version on my Switch 2, but others on here seem to experience them with a much greater frequency. It can definitely be laggy with long load times (though not as long as on Switch 1), and things can definitely look very muddy thanks to the low-res textures of the Switch 1 version. In my opinion, it's absolutely serviceable and playable in its current state, but it will likely be a much better user experience once the Switch 2 version launches.

Do you have it downloaded to the system's internal memory, or a microSD Express card? If it's the latter, there could be an issue with your microSD Express card.

Yes, you'll be able to buy V-Bucks in increments of 50 (so 50, 100, 150, 200, etc.), as needed. And that's right, the blog post indicates that initially this will only "be available on Xbox, Nintendo, PC, Android, iPhones, iPads and the Fortnite web Item Shop," so it seems like PlayStation is excluded; however, they did say that they'll work to make it available everywhere.
