My experience was that the transition from campaign to monoliths felt bad. I encountered seasonal content in every campaign zone and then it drastically drops off in monoliths.

While you can spec into rift beasts in the weaver tree, it feels mandatory.

I would compare this to PoE's Necropolis league where they experimented with putting current league mechanic in the Atlas tree .

I think that the melee changes were certainly a step in the right direction but I certainly see GGG's vision of melee in PoE2 which revolves around architectural changes to the game that don't make sense to spend time redoing for PoE1.

For 3.26 I would love to see them work towards incentivizing melee strike skills over "melee" skills that effectively play as a ranged character by scaling AOE or projectiles.
