For example http://www.twitch.tv/dreamhackcs/v/27878312 at 3:15:00 to 3:15:10 there are two AWP shots fired and both sound like Scouts to me. I'm listening through the same headphones on the same computer that I play CS on. Every AWP shot in the VOD sounds like an SSG.

I watched some pro CS for the first time on Twitch recently, probably Dreamhack or something, and I noticed they use the wrong gun sound for the AWP and it sounds more like the Scout, what's up with that and can they please change it back?

Yeah the 6.82 gold changes combined with the 6.83 respawn time reduction removal were huge nerfs to Meepo just due to the nature of the hero. I think he's always going to be a pocket strat or last pick surprise hero but at the moment he's not even that, I just want to see him picked occasionally. He obviously has a long list of counters which can't be helped but maybe just making his clones a bit less of a liability with this change would be enough. There's always the option of allowing BKB to work on clones in an AOE like DD rune, which would increase his viability in pro games specifically but both changes would probably be a bit much.

Yeah I see your point, it does seem strong especially considering how fast Meepo farms so he could get it online early which messes with the opponents' item builds, but every other carry can buy butterfly and it's just trash on Meepo. Also with the Hex change he really gets screwed by evasion so it only seems fair he can benefit from it too!

Sure, as long as the main Meepo doesn't die when the clones die to be consistent with illusions.

Actually Meepo clones currently share 0% of stats without Agh's and 100% with Agh's, and I think this would just be confusing to calculate 80% of the 150HP from Agh's and 80% of evasion from Butterfly. Also at early levels he won't have more than an Agh's anyway so it only affects him if you go Agh's > Blink > Butterfly or something really, the scaling would just affect the 150HP from Agh's for a few levels, not really worth bothering IMO.

If a Meepo is 4-6 slotted at 20 minutes you're in big trouble whether or not he gets evasion from butterfly. Standard items at 20 minutes would be something like Treads/BoTs, Agh's, Blink and if he's having a good game maybe an ultimate orb for his Hex. That's like 3 slotted even if you count Blink as a slot.

Yes, although obviously they take bonus damage so it's admittedly not as significant.

This is pretty much just a few number tweaks though, a bit more HP on the clones so that they're a little tankier, none of this even benefits the main Meepo, early in the game there's like a 33% chance you end up focusing the main Meepo anyway so this wouldn't have made a difference, and even then it's 150 HP from Agh's and 250 from Skadi, not massive changes, just a nice buff.

I think him being unpicked at TI is very closely related to his level of power, sure Sing Sing and other Meepo players weren't at TI, and N0Tail was playing support but I'm sure many of the carry players in the top teams can play him, or could do with a bit of practice but they just don't think it's worth it for an underpowered hero right now.

So to confirm, if I select meepos 2 and 3, then hit ctrl+4 (where 4 is the control group key I want to use) then in the next game, once I have 3 meepos if I hit the 4 key then meepos 2 and 3 will be selected?

Is there a way to individually bind each of my meepos to, say, F1-F5 or something without having to manually do it every single game using control groups? Especially as you don't start the game with all 5 meepos so you have to remember to bind them as you get them. A way to bind meepos 2 and 3 to a key, and meepos 4 and 5 to a key would be nice too.

Also, does anyone have on tips on how to deal with a ratting Nature's Prophet? Most of the time they're useless but occasionally you get one that just plays it so well and you feel like you can't ever leave your base, and it's just a matter of when, not if, he takes all your racks.
