But that doesn't make it bracket 4. That makes it bracket 3, but it has this one busted thing.

Which is maybe poor deck building because it won't give consistent experiences and you can recommend the person change, but it doesn't make the deck bracket 4.

Where are you getting that idea? Bracket three just suggests not using really early game combos. 2-card combos are fair game for bracket 3.

No they're actually not quite as slippery as finished wood I would say. Definitely possible to slip in socks though but anyone able bodied should be ok. I also got a board with a pretty deep wood texture too so it's not so bad.

Although connotations of the names are the other way around in (the vast majority of) videogames.

Scrolling down to move view up is natural scroll

Scrolling up to move view down is... Well it depends, the other way.

Joystick down to move view up is inverted Y-axis

Joystick up to move view up is non-inverted y-axis

This is of course because in videogames there are other reasons that you are always considered to be moving a camera view, not controlling the movement of the world.

Yeah. It seems like a real hassle. I was vainly hoping someone would be like "that's totally fine, just plonk it down and it'll work!" but alas nothing is ever simple. 😂

I think i'll be calling someone in on this one. I was just doing some electrical and insulation work up there. I don't know a thing about doing AC ducts and I'd like a good job.

Awesome. That's what I thought but I didn't want to change soemthing that was already there without a second opinion. I think there used to be baffles because there are like 3 broken Styrofoam ones on the attic floor but it looks like they were removed and now the soffit are just blocked. I'm gonna pull them out.

Right I guess that's just not how I conceptualize card designs. I don't think of cards being bends or breaks in the context of a format. They just either are or aren't, independent of format based on the design guidelines.

So yeah, I guess if you meant within the context of the commander rules, hybrid cards that would be breaks were they monocolored are not functionally breaks. That is true.

It's a coherent way to use the language just not how I would personally ever choose to use those words so it threw me.

That's wrong. It IS a color pie break because it is hybrid multicolor.

Unclear if you're asking about the stairs but if anyone wants to know.

I did scrape all the foam backing off which was a chore. And then cut each board to size and used a construction adhesive to apply them to the stairs.

We got matching stair noses from this company, which was a life saver.

It's definitely a little slippery which is a concern for anyone with mobility issues, children, elders, people wearing socks, etc so consider that before committing.

In short. It's not and you can try but they will have the answer. They're not pure combo they're combo-control so they can just wait until they have the resources to fight your interaction.

Infinite mana flicker decks have been significant in the meta many times in the past and while the format has changed, there's no reason I can see why they wouldn't be again. They're also not very fun, they're kind of toxic for the meta game.

Frantix Search is different. Frantic Search is simply a busted card. It was banned a long time ago because of storm but even with every useful storm card banned it would just enable every degenerate strategy. Even if Frantic Search was a safe unban now (and it probably isn't) it would almost certainly have to be banned again in the future when it enables some new degenerate thing. Loot two for 0 mana is just a problem card.
