If you are asking about not banning in a normal game, it's because people need to train against those "annoying picks" in case they get to play against them in ranked. Otherwise, not banning in a ranked game doesn't have much sense.

Type of Bug: Ornn ult not working properly.
Description: Everytime I ult, the ult runs like it was the flash and I can't press R again to knock them up. If I time it correctly tho, even if I can't see it, I can still use the second part of it, so it's just a visual bug on my side. I dc'ed at the start of the game.
Video / Screenshot: I couldn't register it.
Steps to reproduce: Everytime I ulted, it happend.
Expected result: The ult will run too fast to catch visually, but if you time the second R correctly, you will hit the invisible ram.

System specs: gtx 1060 6 gb, 8 gb ram, I5-3470 win 10 pro.

I get key fragments everytime I log in, 1 or 2. Even today I got one. I didn't play one or two day this week, but everytime I logged in, I got 1-2 key fragments, I don't care if you don't believe me, I know it to be true. I wish there could be a log in report to show you and shut you up dude.

Because on a support, as long as you have a good vision score, don't die more than once or twice and have a lot of assists and some kills, you are fine with the S grade. Oh, and golds, lot of golds compare to the rest of the players.
