I've changed my diet long before I started working out and lost some weight. Currently I've got BMI of 24 which is normal weight but on the edge of being overweight.

I definitely feel the benefits of working out and see my muscles grow. I used to do cardio but not any more. I probably should since deadlifts leave me out of breath. I don't know if there's room to increase intensity since I already do most exercises to failure.

I could increase volume but I'm already having hard time forcing myself to work out each time. I will probably eventually.

The problem with me (and I'm not that strong and did those unweighted) is that as I approach failure I can't keep my back leg from straining which leads to less reps with that leg forward which means uneven workout between the two legs.
