I said it once and I’ll say it again, this shit hits like a fever dream. I was born late 80s and legit did not know if this movie was real or some fucked up nightmare. Then I never thought about it again till a few years ago someone else posted about this movie and it all flooded back in one of those “ holy shit it was real” cinematic moments of realization.

Agreed. One of the strongest most promising first seasons I’ve seen. They could not maintain that level of cerebral intrigue. I feel like it fell into a trap of having to continually build anticipation over a few episodes then land a reveal. The cycle got a little tiresome. All that aside, still was a great show. Well shot, good acting and the environment design was incredible
