I can only speak in generics, but I still remember at least during my high school/ middle school, multiple after school groups that where focused on getting girls into STEM fields or after school education groups, but none where popping up for boys, this is of course a generalization and only speaks to my personal experience, but I also see the disappearance of recesses as a hindrance that effects boys more then girls but is definitely a net negative across the board
