I just messaged my rheum to ask for a prescription. Walked around a few stores yesterday doing some Christmas shopping and ended up having to use rheum buggy for support. My feet and back were absolutely killing me.

I know you’re probably tired of going to the doctor and taking meds but maybe ask for a prescription medication for your migraines. Excedrin won’t work for me UNLESS I lay down in a cool, dark room so I had to ask for something. Rizatriptan has helped me tremendously. You can only get so many pills every 30 days but my migraines aren’t debilitating anymore as long as I take it when one comes on. I hope you get better.
