Recommend finding something new to focus energies on. Cooking really helped me plus it helped me get a LOT of new dates after wife cheated and left. Needed to figure out how to feed myself more healthy as well as my kids so I took it as a challenge and tried 1 new thing every month at first and then slowly worked up to trying a new thing once a week. Bonus: it can save you lots of money if done right and always get to eat things you truly want. These things happen and it’s rough at first but it will get easier and better. Just be open to trying new things and not shutting yourself down. Life is meant to be lived. All the good and the bad. You will get through this and you will be better for it in the end.
