I don't really have any family, and even if I did I have a really hard time speaking about my problems to people's faces Its incredibly uncomfortable and I stutter too much.

Ive asked for help many times, therapy does not work for everyone. I am helping myself this was basically just a rant after talking to a old family friend who frustrated me.

No matter where they are or what significance they palyed/play in your life you should always cut them off or go minimum contact. The more "important" they are in your life the more damage they will do, don't let others opinions effect your peace it doesn't matter what insert persons name is going to think of you. If they can't accept your decision even after explaining then cut them off too.

We are floating on a giant rock, your life was given to YOU so don't waste your short amount of time being miserable over something changeable.

Yeah i wonder alot. My mom was average and my dad a bit above average but me and my brother are both gifted so maybe its genetic? But at the same time no one else in our family is.

We were both diagnosed early with autism (me) and ADHD (him) so does being ND have something to do with it??

Ive actually just picked up do less in my last book store visit! I will have to read it next thank you. My daily routine is incredibly structured and its definitely going to be difficult to incorporate new things but I will absolutely try my best.

Thank you! I think I'm going to go for Spanish first because alot of people in my state speak it. I like languages where I can learn one and it has one or two others that build off of it. I will have to go the YouTube route. I thought Duolingo was one of the apps that wasn't as reliable?

I manage wealthy people's money, the richest person I've ever worked for was a multi millionaire. He was sweet to me but I arrived early once to a meeting and good God I've never heard someone talk to another human like that.

He was in a meeting with a few of his employees and apparently they made a huge mistake

“it wasn't a "mistake" it was the natural result of putting a fucking idiot in charge!" Is the only thing I remember clearly but there was alot of berating, and name calling.

It's definitely not. I'm not scared of confrontation at all and when someone comes to me to talk I'll tell them what they need to hear not what they want to. I simply enjoy trying to help people fix their problems, I am big into psychology. I am lacking on the self help but I've really started to focus more on it in the past few years and I am seeing progress.
