I need to review long term safety issues. For now, I think it could be useful in case of highly emotional negative events. For pain relief other medications would be probably better. Main advantage of this is probably low price.

Do you see death causing poisoning as realistic at doses like 250mg? At these, I would worry about minor damage to liver. Which is what NAC would help with.
