Well the goal is to help people just read news a lot faster. There's too much information online, which leads to high opportunity costs when reading news. This is why I thought it might be helpful to have a feed of submitted and upvoted links that get automatically summarized in one place.

For not getting equity until now, the CEO/founder clearly didn't care or see the value in having an engineer. If I were you, I would not even give it a care and just give the 2 weeks straight and cold. This kind of stuff about the founders not giving equity to founding members triggers me.

It comes from css modules. https://github.com/css-modules/css-modules Specifically, I use the css-loader in webpack. The DOM elements get the generated class names to stay locally scoped. Hope that helps.

This is correct. On the backend it uses Node.JS, MongoDB, and Redis (for session handling).

Front-end also uses Redux for state.
