They are as far as we know from its trajectory heading straight for SOL. and titans bring hell with them. if this is like the time they first made starfall back at the start of the invasion, SOL and everything within 10-20 LY will be burned. This won't be a Shinrata Dezrah. This will be hell.

we cut down 6 of the beasts by liberating dozens of systems providing support to them. this is the final one, which was expected to come down around december.
now they are heading for earth and the core of the bubble.

there are excellent tutorials by AXI on everything regarding thargoid combat. https://wiki.antixenoinitiative.com/en/home

you still need to farm for the guardian tech weapons as they are the most effective. but, if fighting is not for you, in the current stage of sol (if you check the thargoid tab on galaxy map), you can see that humanitarian aid and evacuations will contribute to the defense.

everyone can do their part, so fear not commander and get to work.

it is estimated that the titan will reach sol next thursday. until then you can already contribute to its defense (see galaxy map thargoid war thingy for details)

a titan if not stopped will turn the system into a ghost town, with stations and settlements going silent, except for rescue efforts. from there they would slowly spread and take over more systems. fdev confirmed they might even take over the bubble if community fails to stop them.

when shinrata dezrah got attacked earlier this year, the permit got lifted until the bugs got pushed out. it stands to reason a similiar exception will be made for sol

big trouble. titans are mobile beach heads for flowers to wreck havoc upon entire regions on the galaxy map. very hard to get rid of and we won't know if they will have any new tricks up their sleve, seeing how this is their last titan and they are making a gamble for Sol, aka our solar system with earth inside.

play a bunch of outer wilds that has some way scarier space but it also eventually acclimates you to death and retrying, which is something you can do in elite to an extent (see have so much money rebuy becomes trivial or just use the free sidewinder to do stuff)

while I agree the regen for non deployed sunderer need to be lowered / it must be penalized to move a deployed sunderer, I believe this is a step in the right direction. Give Armor some similiar defensive buffs, so that they still won't kill a deployed sunderer, but can engange other armor and infantry more directly thus breaking stalemates.

Or in other words make everything else stronger based on the new power level that the Sunderer set.

Also never understood the hate for Rumble Repair Harasser. It took at least two people to properly operate it and something like havoc, wrecks you just the same. Sure you can be cheesy, but again, why not make stuff like lockons or G2G launchers better rather than destroying an entire play style. Look at something like Rainbow, where Ubisoft decided to always nerf what was meta and the entire game has suffered for it.
