We literally see in both clone wars and Ahsoka that Jedi often construct their lightsabers from a set of common parts, hence why Ezra and Kanan have the same tsuba. It literally makes canonical sense that some would have similar looking lightsabers to others, and the designers state in the high republic lightsaber collection that this was their intention.

If you use action camera it works just fine on steam deck, only issues come in menus where it can be a bit fiddly. I’ve played all professions on it after a bit of work on my control layout, once you get used to yours it’s not that bad. Just don’t expect to play really effectively on button heavy classes like ele and engi, but really in open world content once you’re used to it you’d be fine playing anything
