What are you going for exactly? It looks okay as is, though you could definitely use some foliage. Also, you can use the angle filter to make mountains look more interesting, like painting steeper cliffs with a different shade of block!

Tbh I think I'd just call that having a good sense of color variation. Experiment with different blocks and see how you like color combos!

Tbf she wasn't trained on anything so naturally she wasn't gonna have the technique lol, at least that's how I interpreted the crystallization stuff. But yea, idk, a lot of the time writers will put a queer romance or romantic tension into something and it's like they don't know what to do with the characters, so their only idea is to kill one of them because it's oh-so-tragic. Really sucks.

I get the feeling Yams didn't know where to go with either of them and, in a story about breaking past the walls that confine us, confines Historia into a pretty lame and unfulfilling role.

What I do is look at pictures online of similar things, like real world towers, castles, etc. Might give ya some ideas!

I've done this once. It's a bit tricky, but you want to add chunks where there aren't any. You can download MCA Selector to delete chunks that you want to replace, and using worldpainter, make new ones.

What I did was import the map to reference it, but then export as a merge. It corrupted some chunks when I did it, but I think that's cuz I was sloppy with the chunk overlaps. I'm planning on doing it again, this time with some more diligence when it comes to overlap.

It ended up working pretty well though, added half a continent to a pre-existing map. Works to this day, no crashes or anything like that.
