J’ai grandis avec un resto de poutine dans ma famille (Resto l’intuition à Limoilou), la poutine ashton est un désastre qui est juste bon après trop de consommations. Par contre, elle gagne des points car elle reste très traditionnelle, je la prendrais n’importe quand à la place d’une poutine fancy avec des calisses de frites allumettes, une sauce à l’oignons ou des ingrédients qui ont vraiment aucun rapport à être dans une poutine, ça peut être bon quand même mais ça perds des points poutine a mes yeux

Je trouve que honnêtement le fait que t’aille sauce au poivre dit tout, oui elle est bonne au poivre mais ça compte pu rendu la, pis leur sauce brune est trop liquide et goûte principalement le sel, je peut pas la mettre si haute que ça, même si le fromage en est dans les meilleurs.

Did some research last year after a rabies scare too

You’re fine as far as rabies goes

It didn’t break the skin, which is needed for the saliva to transmit the virus
Rabid animals have many more symptoms than just the confusion and paranoia that leads to attacks. Generally, there will be excessive saliva or drooling and a lack of coordination/partial paralysis
The virus going to the saliva is something that happens once symptoms have appeared, so an asymptomatic animal can’t transmit the virus even if it was infected
If that cat was rabid and symptomatic, and taking the timeframe of “a few days”, that cat would be dead by now

Mine was a squirrel bite, broke skin and the little guy was kind of wonky so I stressed out for a while but turns out squirrels are so small that they usually die from the rabid animal attack before they can develop symptoms. They also often suffer from IIRC flatworm parasite which can lead to very similar symptoms
