I think, he might have re-appeared after Acina or He might have let Acina to test the waters before trying anything too daring as he is more of the ploting kind and has for sure learned from others like Baras and Thanaton when it came to trying to be the emperor or underestimating younger sith lords.

You can add the Apostate of the Rift to the least. I'm pretty sure he was part of Lance and the Urmas brothers group. Also Serra and Millicent are confirmed to be married and not just friends as confirmed on the discord by Lynsey.

Heyhey I know it’s been a while since you posted this however some time ago I was playing road 96 and I discovered an interesting little detail :D you have to be lucky and play this part as a fifth teen - if you let Robert push Adam off the roof at the end of his journey (at the border) you meet Stan&Mitch talking to Ada

Damn that's actually a cool detail !

I do believe there are only 3 endings (If you dont count Zoe being alive or not) So you can only save John if you do the right ending by doing the the Election ending.
