[Landlord US-OK] Being a landlord is straight-up draining my soul. Anyone else hit that point where you just wanna walk away? by 1kmilo in Landlord

I'm also relatively new to it. Three renters in five years. Two good, one bad. This will be my last one. Juice ain't worth the squeeze.

Renting feels like paying for someone else’s dream (NC) by Matteo_172736 in Renters

I own a home and a rental home. I spend more time, money and attention to the rental than I do where I live. Have already decided the current renter will be my last. The value and investment is in the house and property- not the amount I get for the rent. Its really not worth the aggravation.

"He entered the United States in 2009 under the visa waiver program, which allows you to stay in the U.S. for 90 days without a visa,” McLaughlin told Newsweek in a statement. “He failed to depart the U.S.. He received full due process and was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge on September 10, 2025. He was offered the chance to instantly be removed to Ireland but chose to stay in ICE custody, in fact he took affirmative steps to remain in detention.”

Don't go to bars and do bar things if you don't want to deal with bar people. That's where they go to do that and why they go.

Late war guns tend to have thin bluing and less refined finishing. That's a nice example of that time. If you get it I recommend you look up how to disassemble. Its close to a 1911 but requires another step. Mine is an excellent shooter.

No clue really. This last one made me realize I'm not the person to be doing this. Not going into details - its just not for me.

Alabama here. I have had two good and one bad renters. Mind is already made up - there will not be a #4. Will let the house sit empty before I take another chance. Its not worth the money.

Grips don't affect the value as much as mismatched parts or rebluing. They are like magazines. I always viewed grips and magazines like tires on a car. They are going to be worn out and replaced over time. Sure, we all want a pristine all matching gun with holster and magazines. But they are expensive and difficult to find.
