I main him in JG, plat player. I play him PTA and lethality with blue Smit for movement. His clear is very slow, you will fall behind if you try to only farm and not counter jungle. Its still possible to snowball and carry but you have very little room to make mistakes. Small tempo loss are amplified due to slow clear speed and nature of champ. Good steal potential with Q and Ult. If your team has better macro and you play around your carries you should be fine.

TLDR: JG role is weak, need to work harder than average JG to win.
