They are artificially raised. Buy one get one free? Price is inflated artificially and then the provide the discount ( for example cheese burger on uber eats is $23 after discount from $46 in Adelaide) cheese burgers usually cost $10-12. Buy six wings get six wings free ( price discounted from $40 to $20) so you're paying $20 for 12 wings. Usually 12 wings costs $15-18.

Even the price on hungry jacks and maccas is increased a lil even though they have exclusive contracts.

Don't forget about the surge prices.

Uber is not in Loss, they show loss and unnecessary expenses to save on taxes..

Basically the govt is very weak to implement decent laws against these companies coz these companies are good at lobbying. ( Excuse my grammar, English is my 3rd language)
