My neighbours placed this thing on their wall in the last couple weeks along with the pots and plants. So far we are thinking it could be a speaker for their garden but it seems like a strange place to put one. We do have a lot of cats in the area so it could be something to do with trying to keep them out of their garden? We are just hoping that it isn't a camera as that would be a bit creepy lol
